Processing Time

All orders are made to order and processed within 7–14 working days.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it is dispatched and does not include delivery time.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

•Second Class – standard shipping (included)

•First Class – available as a paid upgrade at checkout

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

•Second Class: typically 2–3 working days
•First Class: typically 1–2 working days

Please note that delays can occur during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Any upgrades to First Class postage must be selected and paid for at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
