We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund, except for personalised items (see below).

To cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Items must be:

•Unworn and unused
•In their original condition
•Returned with any original packaging

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Personalised & Custom Items

Please note that personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, in line with UK law.

This includes any item made to order or customised specifically for you (for example: custom text, names, designs, or colours).

However, this does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

 

•Faulty
•Damaged
•Incorrect

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photos where possible.

 

In these cases, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, and we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.
